Our Refund and Exchanges Policy

As you know, the Alliance E-Bazaar uplifts low-income artisans by selling their best products to your homes. Your purchase is supporting their livelihood, and keeping their art alive. The Alliance Organization makes no profit from any of your purchases. Considering the nature of our E-Bazaar, there can be no exchanges or refunds.
For problems in your order, such as receiving a damaged product or an incorrect article, reach out to us at ec@allianceofficial.org. We will be happy to assist you!
